1) Tai Chi Chuan- Peking Form is an easy to follow tape/dvd showing the twenty four moves of the Peking Form developed in 1957 by a Yang family member in Peking for the Chinese Wu Shu Association of China. It is a potted version of the 'Original Yang Form'. It incorporates the yin yang breathing method of the Yang form.
2) Tai Chi Chuan - Original Yang Form & CM Kung shows the moves of the form laid out by Yang Cheng Fu with how to align the body posture, thus enhancing chi flow and improving health. This method is the starting block for the more intrinsic methods of Tai Chi including the martial and philosophical aspects.
3) Tai Chi Chuan - Original Yang Form - with Chan Shu Jian is a detailed method of expressing chi in the classic spiral technique, called the 'silk reeling method'. This system makes the chi tensile, allowing it to penetrate into the bones, creating the steel wrapped in cotton of the Tai Chi masters. This method creates the ching or 'mind chi' which is a precursor of projecting chi out of the body for healing or martial practices.
4) Tai Chi Double Edge Sword - Gim_ with Chan Shu Jian and yin yang breathing techniques. The Tai Chi Gim adopts martial postures in order to keep the form controlled, being designed to enhance the ability to project chi, internal energy, into another object or person. It has been specifically developed to enhance 'water' chi or jing the initial life force of the mind & body. It is a controlled form of telekinesis. This not only improves health by building and storing chi but enables the practitioner to heal not only himself or herself but others as well. This will improve the ability to understand chi as well as reading or controlling chi in others, whether in general healing, massage, acupuncture or clinical medicine.
5) Tai Chi Broad Sword - Dao with Chan Shu Jian & yin yang breathing techniques. The Sabre also incorporates martial principles to control and enhance the cardio vascular system by focusing on Lung & Large Intestine chi as the form involves 'metal chi'. The Dao sword form continues the development of telekinetic techniques (thought chi) thus enhances chi flow, projection, control and Tung Chin (feeling chi). The movements can be carried out slow, medium , fast & slow or fast.
6) Tai Chi Staff & Spear Drills. including the Kai.Open-Ho/Press-Fa/Thrust Techniques of the Staff and Spear * Weapon Chi Kung * Sticky Staff & Spear Method * 8 Trigram Spear and Self Defense Techniques.Yang Cheng Fu stated that if the weapons were practiced in accord with the principles of Yang Style 'Family' Tai Chi Form and the Taoist Principles of chi (see my Book - Tai Chi Chuan & Code of Life-Central Equilibrium) chi will be enhanced and develop Fa Jing- Power Chi..
7) This shows the self defence applications of the Yang style Tai Chi, explaining how the moves are to be kept 'clean' by having a practical application. This ensures that the posture and thus the chi flow is enhanced.
